Do parents stay or drop off kids?
For the 2-3 year old age group, parents will need to stay. Parents of the older kiddos can choose to stay or drop off the child(ren) for the duration of the class.
Are siblings allowed at the classes?
Yes, siblings are welcome to be there waiting with the parents. However, if siblings are going to participate in the class, they need to be registered with payment and paperwork completed.
Where are you offering classes?
Right now we are offering classes in the Polk County area but will expand as soon as we can so long as there is interest in those areas. If Polk County is too far for you and you are interested in a club in your area, please fill out the request form on our Contact Us page.
What is your policy surrounding photos?
We will not be posting photos that include the children’s faces but may include their hands if they are holding up a craft or back of the head – there will be no identifying features included. Parents will have the option to completely opt out of their child being posted to any media platform by the clubs, including non-identifying features such as hands or back of the head. We also ask that parents refrain from sharing photos that include other kiddos in the class without that kiddo’s parent’s consent.
What is your Refund Policy?
If you cancel your registration, refunds are available up to 1 week prior to the first class. If you are wanting to cancel after the refund window and/or classes have started or if your kiddo will miss a class, then we are happy to put together home kits for the crafts that will be missed.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer 2 discounts for our regular monthly programs. The Multi-Class Discount of $10 off/club/month when you register the same child for both clubs and the Multi-Child Discount of 10% off each additional child’s monthly registration fee. Discounts only apply to children living in the same household.
My kiddo has allergies, what kind of snacks will there be?
We will do our best to accommodate your kiddos allergies when picking out snacks and try to avoid allergens that we know the kids who will be present have. Additionally, we will have wipes available and a bathroom where kiddos can clean up. Please be sure to include your kiddo’s allergies on the registration form when you sign them up for classes.
